As a Machine Learning Engineer you will use your technical expertise to show how our platforms and AI-driven solutions solve complex business challenges, and build and deploy machine learning models that deliver tangible results for our clients.

What you will do
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop and streamline ML pipelines for efficient and secure deployment of AI solutions.
  • Lead the integration of AI-based analytics solutions, particularly using OpenAI technologies for industrial applications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, turning complex technical challenges into practical solutions.
  • Architect scalable ML platforms on Microsoft Azure for client projects and internal product development.
  • Implement MLOps workflows for continuous training, deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
  • Stay on top of AI/ML advancements and apply them in real-world financial services and retail applications.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in ML Engineering or Data Science, with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with hyperscaler platforms (preferably Azure).
  • Proven experience building scalable, high-performance machine learning systems.
  • Familiarity with the full lifecycle of AI product development, from concept to deployment.
  • Expertise in MLOps practices, deployment workflows and model performance monitoring.
  • Ability to create and communicate technical architecture designs (HLD and LLD).
  • Experience deploying models in enterprise settings, including infrastructure, networking and security considerations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Nice to have
  • Experience with OpenAI technologies in industrial or enterprise applications.
  • Experience in financial services or retail.
