About the engagement

Bandpey GmbH is a data and AI software company in Munich, Germany. For a client in Germany we are building AI-native solutions across a portfolio of healthcare SaaS products used by clinicians and patients. You will join the engagement as a full-time contractor working across frontend, backend, cloud and AI. We are hiring quickly and move fast through the selection process.

What you will do
  • Build and operate modern full-stack SaaS applications.
  • Develop frontend solutions with React or Angular.
  • Build backend services with Java and Spring Boot or Python.
  • Develop AI-native features using large language models, agents, retrieval, tool use and structured workflows.
  • Work with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Helm and Argo CD.
  • Contribute to shared AI agents, skills, pipelines and engineering tooling.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, architecture and engineering teams, and stay close to the people who use the product.
  • Own features from development through production.
What you bring
  • Several years of senior-level full-stack engineering experience with modern web applications.
  • Strong React or Angular experience.
  • Strong Java and Spring Boot or Python experience.
  • Experience with cloud-native development and DevOps practices.
  • Demonstrated, effective use of AI in software engineering.
  • A degree in computer science, software engineering or a comparable field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership-driven mindset.
Strong plus
  • Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools, including building agents, skills and workflows.
  • Experience building agents, AI workflows, pipelines or harnesses, and with context engineering.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, the Anthropic SDK and the Model Context Protocol.
  • Experience with C#, Kafka and Terraform.
  • Understanding of product-management processes.
Technology environment
  • Core: React, Angular, Java and Spring Boot, Python, C#, Kafka, Terraform
  • Cloud and DevOps: Kubernetes, Helm, Argo CD
  • AI tooling: Azure OpenAI, Anthropic SDK, Model Context Protocol
Engagement details
  • Full-time contract.
