As an AI Consultant you will lead AI initiatives and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will work closely with clients to define their AI strategy, identify impactful use cases and oversee the implementation of AI-driven solutions that provide real business value.

What you will do
  • Lead and manage AI projects, delivering on time, within budget and to client expectations.
  • Engage with clients to define their AI strategy, develop strategic roadmaps and identify high-impact AI use cases.
  • Oversee project execution, coordinating with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with AI trends, particularly Generative AI, and assess their fit for client use cases.
  • Be hands-on when needed, helping the team build AI demos and proofs of concept.
  • Prepare and contribute to the technical phase of sales processes, including solution design, proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI adoption and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions, remotely and on site, to help clients understand AI's potential for their business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop reusable frameworks, methodologies and best practices for AI implementation.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI strategy consulting, AI product development or data-driven transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI, MLOps and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead AI projects, ensuring business alignment, technical feasibility and execution excellence.
  • Experience with hyperscaler cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and their AI/ML services.
  • Ability to create and communicate technical architecture designs (HLD and LLD) in a business-friendly way.
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks (Python, LLM APIs, cloud-based AI services).
Engagement details
  • Full-time contract.
  • Remote, with occasional travel for on-site client workshops and project engagements; you must be able to work from within the EU.
  • Fluent German and English required (essential for client engagement).
